Because it's your
freedom!
My goal is same in all
criminal cases. It is to resolve my
client's case in the best way possible each and every time.
First, I always try to get a case dismissed. I do this
by researching the facts and conducting interviews of the
officers and witnesses to try to find legal issues or
factual insufficiencies that would be grounds for dismissal.
If I can't get a case dismissed, next I'll seek the most favorable plea
offer possible so as to avoid the risk of trial. If the plea
offer is either not acceptable, or not
available, I then prepare to take the case to trial and WIN.
Throughout the criminal
case process my focus is always on protecting my client's
rights and safeguarding their liberty. At the same time,
I listen to my client's concerns and keep them apprised of
their case and their options.
